Moving to Lafayette, IN!!
Hey everyone. My name is Steven Christin and I am relatively new to Bigger Pockets. I just got a new job up in Lafayette, IN and will be starting in October. I have been reading about buying real estate as an investment and I have been listening to a number of podcasts, including Bigger Pockets. I do not want to buy as soon as I move but since I am mostly interested in smaller multi family units I would like to be a tenant for about a year or so while I learn and save some money for a decent down payment. Does anyone know of any tri or quad plexs that will need tenants in the next couple of months?
