What Makes A Title Company “Investor Friendly”?
In recent months I have come across several blogs, reviews and discussions related specifically to Real Estate Investors who are looking for an “Investor Friendly” Title Company and it made me wonder what exactly it is that you are looking for and what you feel is most important to you when selecting a Title Company to handle your transactions.
After many years working with Investors, Home Owners, Lenders and Real Estate Brokers, I find that each have specific needs related to their role in the transaction and that a Title Company must be able to adapt to those needs to ensure client satisfaction.
With that said, I’d like to take this opportunity to hear from you directly about what you, the Investor, are most concerned about when choosing a Title Company. It is important that we understand the needs of our clients and ensure we are doing everything we can to make your investments successful.
Please take a moment to jot down the top issues you feel are most important when searching for an “Investor Friendly” Title Agent. I welcome the feedback and would also be glad to answer any questions you have about Title Insurance and how it relates to your specific business.
Thanks and I look forward to your replies.
