Searching for Investor-Friendly Agent/Buy&Hold Deals Anderson, IN
Hello,
I am new to the real-estate game, but am ready to make the leap from being an aspiring real-estate investor to an actual real-estate investor. I am currently in search of a good starter property.
I am looking for an agent (or a few agents) and a small multi-unit property in the Anderson, Indiana area that I could live in for a year with an FHA loan, or a single-family unit with rental potential under $50,000. I have some money to invest, but not much, so I'd rather get a property that does not require many repairs to get cash-flowing at a decent rate.
Any help or referrals would be greatly appreciated.
