Looking to Invest in the Indiana Market

Hey guys. I have been looking to branch out of state for investment properties. I was wondering if anyone is having success in Indiana and if there are any nuances regarding hidden costs when calculating. Some states I know don't allow you to put the water bill in the tenant's name, I know I can always bill them back but it's the little things like that. Any guidance/info is greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe -The ownership of the utility bills varies by city/township in this area. In most cases, you should be able to put most utilities in the tenants name. If you'd like, I'd be happy to discuss this local market with you and help in any way that I can.
