Post COVID funding issue
Hello everyone. I was unfortunately laid off from work as a result of COVID-19. I was ready to pull the trigger on a few deals and was about to approach some banks prior to losing my job. I have $230,000 in cash ready to go. Will the lack of a job prevent me from getting financing on a deal?
