I am just getting started with investment in real estate and looking at a property in Riverdale, IL 60827 area for rental. 
What is the area like? I checked out Trulia and as per Trulia, it falls under lowest crime.  I would love to hear to from someone who is close to the area or anyone has who invested in the area.


Apart from that anything and everything you may want to tell about the area, renters, economy, rental demand, vacancy rate etc.
