Luckily, I didn't have any serious issues but I know of some investors that wasn't quite as fortunate. 

Sometimes, this makes me question the "golden" rainbow at the end. And yes, I do need to get a better process in place for contingencies. 

Did it happen to anyone in the Chicago land area? And what's your SOP for dealing with emergencies like weather?
