Subdividing in Elmhurst costs

Hello Everyone! I am new to the forums here. I am selling a property in Elmhurst at 415 Shady Lane. My question is regarding subdividing a property. I know the fees the city would charge to subdivide but does anyone have a good sense of what running new utilities to a new lot would cost?
