Out of State Entity Tax?

Does anyone know if Illinois has an additional tax on out of state entities doing business in Illinois?

For example, my partner, @Shane Barker an I are doing flips in IL with an LLC formed in UT. Would there be an additional tax on the UT LLC doing business in IL that an LLC formed in IL wouldn't face?
