Need recommendation: general contractor near Fairview Heights IL

I am looking for a general contractor to bid a complete remodel in the Fairview Heights area. The property is a duplex that I am considering house hacking. I'm looking for a balance of quality/cost/speed and am new to the market. 

Any recommendations or references would be greatly appreciated!
