Any one investing in tri_taylor neighborhood of Chicago

Hello BP!!

I wanted to reach out and check if anyone has invested or is looking to invest in the tri-taylor neighborhood and what their experiences has been.

I hear this is an upcoming area with lot of potential for appreciation.

Are there any specific sites/resources one checks for neighborhood related data?

Any info regarding this would be helpful.

East of western is great. Not too sure about up and coming it's already pretty established with the school. I think it's an awesome area.
