Hi guys, I'm new to BiggerPockets so thanks for having me. I'm looking to put together an offer for a For Sale By Owner triplex in Bloomington, IL. This would be my first deal! 

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a real estate attorney for me to work with? Preferably someone knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonably priced.
