Hey BP Community! 

I am trying to deploy a strategy here in Illinois, that involves buying a property cash, rehabbing it, refinancing and renting it out. I'd like to be ready to pull the trigger on this soon, but this strategy relies on good people being in place to pull it off. > Namely a good contractor. In any Illinois area. Anybody fit? or know some one who does?
