Idaho eviction bill update
HB 461 is set to be voted on Wednesday and it should pass the Senate. Because it was amended it will go back to the House and must be voted on Thursday. However, we might be in trouble because the House might adjorn onWendesday, essentially killing the and every other bill that is not completely though the system. If you so inclined you can email Rep. Mike Moyle and beg him to work one more day like I just did, and also pray for one more miracle.
