The biggest gotchas in Maui compared to other places

Hello!

I just moved to Maui and have the REI bug. In my mind, the same strategies and principles that we use to evaluate deals can be applied anywhere. As I start to make offers, is there anything different or need to add to my analysis for Properties in Maui?


Also, If any investor (in Maui) needs a hand, more than happy to exchange time for knowledge.
