Flip Assistant - Interested in Hands On Education on Flipping
A friend and I are interested in flipping a house. I have been reading up on the subject and it was suggested that a great place to start is with sweat equity and learn first hand by being a "Flip Assistant." I have a pretty flexible schedule and I would be willing to help out on a flip in order to learn more about the process. I am located in Bartow County so it would need to be commutable. Appreciate any advice. Thank you.
Note: I am not interested in any sales pitches or get rich schemes.
