What did you have in mind? Are you looking to do rental properties, hence the PM?

Wow Jeff, "sworn off flipping" I'm sure there is a story there... As for me, I have a lot of energy and I'm good at solving problems. (I also have a lot of free time) I have irrigation and landscape lighting experience and some carpentry and painting skills. Also demo skills!!! I think I am good at talking to people and diplomacy when needed. Don't mind doing grunt work and I'm reliable. Grant good advice, thanks for that! Julie, for sure I'd love to discuss further with you. I'm not looking for a paycheck, really interested in the experience and being better help to a friend that could benefit from doing a flip (he is a skilled contractor and painter)

A friend and I are interested in flipping a house. I have been reading up on the subject and it was suggested that a great place to start is with sweat equity and learn first hand by being a "Flip Assistant." I have a pretty flexible schedule and I would be willing to help out on a flip in order to learn more about the process. I am located in Bartow County so it would need to be commutable. Appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Is there any kind of real estate websites where I can look for homes in the Atlanta area by specific criteria? For example I want to look for Master on Main, Basement, Single Family Home (those options are there). I also wanted to specify: sun-room/3 season room, level lot, items that may not be listed. Maybe a keyword option? This is just a feeler search for family up north, too soon to engage an agent. I just want to know homes that fit their criteria exist in this area. Thanks.
