Contracts for Wholesaling in Fulton and Dekalb County

Hello everyone. I am a new wholesaler and a new member of the Biggerpockets community. After reading several articles and listening to several podcasts on this site and around the net, I think I am ready to get started in wholesaling. Can anyone point me into the direction needed to find the correct contracts that I will need and possibly a good attorney as well? I will be wholesaling in fulton and dekalb county if that helps. Thanks
