Hello! I am a newbie investor. Like, super-newbie but super excited. Have been in negotiations with a friend to partner in a short term rental venture (AirBNB). We have a plan to buy four or five condos in the next few months. I just drove to South Florida and back to evacuate my 79 year-old mother-in-law -- 25 hours of driving with a 3 hour nap. Minutes before leaving I discovered BiggerPockets and listened to at least 15 hours of podcasts--they were awesome and kept me from falling asleep. I was enthralled. Focused on the tax side of things--really need some guidance setting things up. Thinking about funding it through a self-directed IRA. Does anyone know of an Atlanta CPA Or Tax Attorney that specializes in rental properties? Thanks so much. Happy to discover and join the BP community.
