I've finally saved up enough cash to go buy a house on the court house steps, and renovate to flip.  

When buying at live auctions, can I make the purchase as an LLC, or does it have to be as a natural person?

Just bring cashiers checks?

Who's been doing this for a while?

You can purchase as an LLC and yes just bring funds. Be sure to do your due diligence.
