JV Deals with experienced investors/contractors

Hey fellow ATL investors.  Im currently looking for other investors or individuals with renovation experience, (contractors) in the Atlanta area who have deals but may not have the ability to fully fund a hard money loan or a cash purchase.   I've been JVing deals with other investors who are doing the reno and bringing a deal to the table while I bring the cash and its worked out very well.  

I would be interested in arranging a similar deal with any investor in the Atlanta area who could bring experience, willingness to do the reno and a deal to the table.

This arrangement has been keeping deal flow high for me and keeps my capital at work while also giving another investor an opportunity to do a deal they may not have otherwise gotten.
