Hello, 

I am a new investor thinking about buying a property in Morrow, GA, in I have a few questions:

  • How easy is it to rent out a 2 Bedroom house in the area, and how much rent can I expect?
  • Can I expect an increase in the property value in the coming years?
  • Is there anything of intrest regarding the tax laws in the area?
  • More generally, is Morrow a good investment opportunity?
