SW Florida/Bonita/Naples New Construction Costs??
Hi,
I recently moved downed to Naples Park from Iowa, where I am a real estate developer and builder. I am not licensed in the state of Florida and have found that it takes a decent amount of time to become a licensed a GC down here. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to find out some basic cost/sqft to build new construction. I am also looking for a GC to hire/partner with me to build some small multifamily housing (townhomes) in the area. I would love to connect, grab a cup of coffee or zoom. Let me know if anyone is interested in talking.
Best Wishes,
