Newbie investor in florida
Hi everyone!
I'm new to the Florida area. I'm located in Miami but open to investing in other areas. I'm looking to in Single Family or Duplex/Triplex for TL rental cashflow. What cities/areas would you recommend for this type of investment? Miami and Tampa are two cities I looked up but they seem saturated. Looking to network with people in these areas too.
Thank you!
Angela

Hi @Ray Foy,
Rents in Cape Coral will vary significantly depending on the area and condition of the property, but below is a pretty general guideline that can be referenced for different layouts you see commonly in multifamilies:
-2/1: $1,100-1,200
-2/2: $1,200-1,400
-3/2: $1,300-1,800
