Hello Members!

I recently became a fan of BP and now I am actively looking for my 1st investment properties in the Clearwater or Kissimmee area. My investment strategies is to buy vacation homes for short and long term renting! I would appreciate any feedback, recommendations, referrals from those experienced in this area.
