How to set up taxes for str in Panama City beach?

Hey Y’all! I am about to pull all my hair out about the taxes for str in Bay county.  this is my 1st str.  I am trying to self manage, but  I am sooo confused about the taxes. I listed my condo on vrbo and Airbnb.

Will anyone give a tutorial on how to set up the taxes ? Thanks a million!!
