General Contractor for Violation Permit

Looking for a GC to pull a permit for me in the City of Hialeah, Florida. I have a violation on a property that is owned under a trust and the city will not allow me to pull the permit as an owner builder. I will correct the violation issues on my own, I just need a contractor to pull the permit.

Most contractors are not going to risk their license to allow someone else to do the work

Why don’t you just pay a contractor to take care of it?

You are probably already on the radar of the buildings Dept for trying to pull an owner builder permit when it really is a rental
