Looking to Invest in the Brevard and Fort Pierce Area

Hi BP Family, I am looking to invest in multifamily homes in the Fort Pierce and Brevard area. Looking to establish contacts and a team in the areas. I am primarily looking for duplexs, triplexs, or quadplexs. I do like single family if at least meets the 1% rule. Looking to add value and provide value to others investing in the area.
