Hey BP family! I am a licensed Realtor in West Palm Beach, Florida, looking to get into wholesaling and off-market investing. 

I'm wondering about the legal aspect. Do my off-market deals need to be approved of and run through my broker? 

(I am currently in the process of selecting a new broker.)

Any advice or resources are very much appreciated!!
