OOS investing in FL via multimember LLC

Hey everyone,

Long time reader, first time poster. To get right into it, we are a group of 3 that plan to create a multimember LLC for LTR investing in Florida (Ft. Lauderdale area in particular) . We all live and work in NY. Still in the early stages of this so we are trying to figure everything out. After some reading here, we know it is essential to build a team that consists of a CPA, attorney, property management company, etc. Is it better to find a NY based attorney or FL based? Any recommendations on realtors and property management companies in the Fort Lauderdale area? Mainly looking to specialize in condos. We have also heard that financing for an LLC might be difficult so hoping to see if there are any resources out there that others with LLCs have found to be useful. Appreciate all of the info and guidance.
