Looking for a buy and hold in ( Kissimmee, Orlando ,Davenport)
Just about finished with a BRRR deal in PA. Waiting to refinance to pull out my cash.In the meanwhile I'm looking and have been research on Florida and have narrowed down in a few cities in Florida. (Kissimmee, Orlando ,Davenport) Can anyone offer any guidance as to what parts of these cities I could invest in a buy and hold property and make decent cash flow ?
