Daytona is the best place to buy on the beach on all lusts.
I am excited that I did not listen to people and bought I wan front in Daytona each shores. Buying reajestate my whole life and this town has everything. Great investment

I own 5 of them. I know.
They have a lot of events. I get very high end clients that can keep their mega yachts and fly in on private jets.
... all in the same area. The new construction is making the area amazing. Great Restaurants and plenty of nightlife, events and no where can you see this many piers , get great boating and have a lighthouse abs rides on the beach.
this area has it all. We make 100k on each unit. Weekly rentals allowed.
plus the whale oh e watching has been fantastic this year with the right whales.
