Title Search Company (Looking for recommendation)

Madelyn Tavarez
Posted

Hi all,
I'm interested in a property that is being foreclosed and I'd like to do a title search on it but I'm not sure where to look up this information. I already searched the county clerk's website and nothing showed up but I want to run a full title search. What is the best way to do this? What prices should I expect for one property?

@Madelyn Tavarez Alecia recommends a good site for a more comprehensive search, if you want to do a preliminary search much cheaper for your initial due diligence try Property Shark. From there if you decide to move forward with the deal you can always get a more thorough search completed.
