Central Florida vs North Florida (2021 Prospects)
Quite a few of my professional contacts based in the West Coast are targeting their investment focus in the Southeast in 2021 & beyond, specifically the greater Charlotte, NC market north of us and Jacksonville in FL. Others are looking at Orlando over Tampa only due to the lack of inventory in the Bay.
Which zip codes in Jax for buy & hold single family and 2-4 unit MF have the greatest upside?
Regarding Orlando - who is currently investing in the market, and what has your experience been?
