Cash out Refinance on Miami Beach Co-OP

Hi South Florida BP Family!,

I am in the process of closing on my next deal and I was looking to find a good lender that can help. I am under contract on a Co-Op, hahaha yes i know, on Miami beach that appears to be a solid BRRRR for my criteria.

Can anyone recommend any good local, or non local, lenders that would be able to help me perform a cash out refinance of this property once I have completed the rehab?

I would really appreciate it!
