Turnkey properties as a member of the military

Hello Everyone,

I am looking at options to get into real estate for the first time as a young officer in the military. I manage my expenses well and once I am settled for a decent period of time I want to make my first investment. I have done a bit of research (podcasts, forums, youtube, etc.) and have seen differing opinions on turnkey properties. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions or resources for some trusted turnkey agencies that you would recommend? As well as anyone who has connections in the Pensacola, Fl market. Thanks!

Congrats on getting started. For turnkey providers, I would highly recommend @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. What they specialize is fully renovated rentals in markets that maximize cash flow and appreciation. 

I recently did a deal with them to start my REI journey. What I wanted was a property that was affordable, low risk and had good returns. What impressed me was how easy the process was and the returns I'm set to get with a turnkey.
