Buying first Rental Property in Florida

Title says it all! Looking to invest in the Florida market, and have no exposure to real estate investing (but looking forward to learning!). Wondering if you guys could recommend some zip codes/areas and types of things to consider in FL specifically. Looking for SFH or Multi Family! Thank you!
