PARKING REAL ESTATE LICENSE
Hi All,
I'm a licensed agent, however, my license is currently inactive because I work full-time and I am also in college. I was advised by a Coldwell Banker recruiter to wait until I can dedicate more time to the RE business because the upfront cost is expensive and it'd be unfortunate if I invested money into something that I couldn't put time into. She sounded very genuine so I took her advice as I am aware of my time limitations at the moment. However, my license has been inactive since August and I would like to park my license somewhere. I've received emails from ParkPlaceNetwork.com regarding parking my license and getting paid referral fees. I don't want to fall victim of a scam so I wanted some advice from you guys.
Can anyone provide some insight? Thank you in advance!
