Hi! I'm New to Wholesaling

I wanted to take a little time to introduce myself to the community. I'm new to real estate investing. I've actually been playing around with the idea of becoming an investor for almost 20 years but never had (what I thought was) enough money to get started. I've decided to no longer let that hold me back.

I am currently staying home with my 5-month-old (which means limited budget and time) but am willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in this business so that I do not have to go back to work outside of the home and also own my dream business.

I would love to connect with local wholesalers/investors who have already closed a few deals that can lend an ear, advice.

Thanks in advance!
