Growing areas in Jacksonville Florida

Hi guys, I just bought a new construction home (by D. R. Horton company) in 32218 off 295 and near the Amazon fullfillment center (2) near the corner of Duval Rd. and 295,  what do you guys think of this area? its not too far from kind of crappy area near Lem Turner, but the community and immediate surrounding is clean and seem to be in development...
