Agents/PMs/Contractors in the Broward/Palm Beach County
Hey everyone,
Looking to make connections with investor-friendly RE Agents in the Broward and Palm Beach County areas, as well as property managers, contractors and lenders in the area. Have been in intensive education mode (BP Books, podcasts, as well as analyzing deals), and want to start networking with the local professionals in the area so I have my team / "Core Four" prior to acting on a deal. Goal is to BRRR a single-family home first, and the vision is to expand to multi-family space in the near future.

Hey @Mason Liu I'm in Palm Beach County welcome to the neighborhood. I've been fix n flipping for 15 years so I know how to rehab fast and cheap. I just recently partnered with a contractor who's been licensed since 1986 to offer affordable rehab services to local investors like myself.
