Good Morning,

My name is Clyde and I am a real estate agent here in Key West with Keller Williams. I was in the timeshare industry and did great. The only issue with doing great in timeshare is that you get burned out eventually, for me it was not fulfilling to give someone a week in paradise that soon they would regret. Plenty of sales experience though. So here I am with Keller Williams, servicing those who wish to buy or sell properties in the Florida Keys. My main question is this:

How do I generate leads and close a deal within 30 days?

That is a complicated question so rather let me put it this way. How do I get an OFFER submitted from a buyer or a LISTING AGREEMENT signed within the next 30 days?
