Refinancing Existing Long Term Hold
I bought like many during the crash, 2010 through 2015, Single Families and Duplexes. Cash Flow is Great, but current Bank is at a 20 year Amortization, 5%. Good Rate. In Fact my Portfolio Loans are at 32% LTV. Tons of equity, however Im not looking for cash, just a longer term, my community Bank wants nothing to do with a 30 year mortgage. By going to 30 year my Net cash flow increases $1,000 additional/month. Some Brokers want 2-4% just for origination. Looking for a Bank or Credit Union, that will refinance loan to 30 year ? That wont charge me an arm and a leg.
