Transaction Coordinator Entry Level Opportunities

Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I wanted to pick your brain about becoming a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I previously had a Florida Realtor license waaaaay back in I believe 2004 that I let end (I am not good on the sales side). I have been looking into the administrative side of real estate and have been researching the Transaction Coordinator role. I feel this would be a good niche for my business that will allow me to work remotely and reach my income goals. However, pretty much all opportunities require a few years’ experience. I know my experience and skills are perfect for this role, I just need to break into the field. I was wondering if you know of any opportunities to get started in this area? I would GREATLY appreciate any advice or assistance.

Best Regards,

Allyson Richards (Dixon)
