Tallahassee Property Cleaning/Turnover

Looking for reccomendations on a cleaning crew/company upon the turnover of 3 units in Tallahassee, FL. 

I've called a few places and been getting quotes for $200-$250/unit. Seems pretty outrageous considering the time is likely 2 hours or so a unit?? Looking for something more reasonable and would appreciate any reccomendations from any fellow Tallahassee investors!
