Rental property in Florida

Hello. I'm Mel and currently live in NY. I want to buy a rental property . It could be an apartment or a house in Tampa, Naples or any place in Florida that has low prices and high rents. I'm new to all of this and its information overload on the internet. Price point about $100-200k max. I'm just trying to figure where the best place is to start and get a good ROI.
