What work should I use my FHA 203k loan for.

Hello Everyone. 

I am looking for my first home and wanting to do a live in flip. My plan is to use the FHA 203k loan. I am decently handy and plan to do a lot of work myself. However, I was wondering if anyone in my area had any suggestions on how to use the 203k loan, what work should I do myself and what work to use the loan for. The house I am currently looking at has a newer roof and HVAC. Needs updating in primarily bathroom, kitchen, paint, windows, flooring. Thanks ahead for any thoughts.
