Looking 4 General Contractor Naples willing to work w/ Investor

Hi,

Seasoned investor, rehabber from the midwest looking for help remodeling a rental in Naples Park. I am looking for a skilled, licensed general contractor to remodel the AirBNB. I am looking for a GC that will allow me to work with them through the process. I do most of my own GC/remodeling in Iowa but the permitting process is much less difficult and I have a network of trusted subs and laborers.
