Seeking property management company in Ocala Florida

Larry Akin
Posted

Greetings,

I am new to BP and attempting to navigate my way on the site to a Florida forum to get some recommendations for reputable property managers that work with out of state REI and advise on how best to work with them?

Basically, I am working with one company and about 6-month ago I was told the tenant renewed their lease for another year. I was recently notified the tenant is moving out with a 60-day notice without the year being up. Since the PM does not share the lease of the tenant with the landlord, I do not know exactly what it says. I know I should have done more due diligence in working with this PM.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Larry
