32218 Near Dunn Ave, Leonid Road, Lem Turner
Hi fellow NEFL investors. I am a SFR fix/flip guy that holds on to a few for LTR. I generally avoid the NW quadrant of Jax but over the weekend I was in the area around Lem Turner between Dunn Avenue/Leonid Road. I was surprised by all the development. New shopping and restaurants going in. Is this area on the upswing?
